Habit 1: Aspiration
I failed horribly for my math test several times. My teacher suggested me this skill and told me to Iwrite a specific goal for my results and paste it on places that I would see regularly. It helps!
I pasted it on places which I would get distracted on, like the computer and the television. It serves as a purpose to make me remember my goal.
For the next class test and the following few, I scored quite well.
